THE ASPEN SPA FAMILY HISTORY
Tom and Sam Bania know the value of perseverance, hard work, customer service, and a job well done.
They grew up working for their father, Lee, in the heating and air conditioning business which exposed them to a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills in addition to teaching the essential finesse of treating customers with deep respect and care.
After they graduated from college In 1991, the Banias were driven by their desire to pursue entrepreneurship and opened a business that would soon become Aspen Spas.
By combining years of experience across a number of industries, Tom & Sam developed unrivaled hot tubs with innovative, exclusive designs that are made exclusively by their family-owned / operated company in St. Louis, Missouri.
Pat Bania, the family matriarch, worked alongside Tom & Sam and was responsible for much of Aspen Spas’ early success. She served as our sales manager until her passing in 2010, building vital customer relationships that have lasted for years.
Pat was the true heart and soul of Aspen Spas. She was a friend to everyone who walked through our doors and set the precedent for future employees on how to treat customers: like family.
Her spirit lives on in her sons, Tom & Sam, who use their different personalities and strengths to run Aspen Spas in her honor. With such a rich history, you can trust that Aspen, just like your spa, is going to exceed your expectations for years to come.
